When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and team size. When you invite a new hire, we collect their name, email, role, department, and start date. We also collect usage data such as page views and feature interactions to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the 4EO.NET service. This includes generating onboarding plans, sending email reminders, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We implement strict access controls and regularly audit our security practices. Only role descriptions (not names or emails) are sent to our AI model to generate onboarding plans.

4. AI & Data Privacy

We never use your data to train or fine-tune AI models. AI processing is limited to generating onboarding content based on role descriptions. Your employee data remains confidential and is not used beyond providing the service to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow for export or reactivation. After this period, data is securely deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage your account settings or contact us at support@4eo.net to exercise these rights.
