Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full features — no credit card required. This gives you ample time to evaluate whether 4EO.NET meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of a billing period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access for the remainder of the billing year.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Alternatively, email us at support@4eo.net with your account email and we’ll process the cancellation.

5. Data After Cancellation

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your data or reactivate your account within this window. After 30 days, data is securely deleted.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Creem, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Refunds, when applicable, are processed through Creem and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
