1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 4EO.NET (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
4EO.NET provides an AI-powered employee onboarding platform that generates onboarding checklists, 30-60-90 day plans, and training schedules. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We use a third-party payment processor (Creem) and do not store your payment details.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial with full features. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your data is preserved during the trial and after conversion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; (c) upload harmful code or content; (d) use the Service to onboard individuals for illegal activities; (e) exceed reasonable API rate limits.
7. Limitation of Liability
4EO.NET is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4EO.NET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
